I would really like a translation, but if I were to guess,
I think it's seeing Dark Link wearing only a towel is what's making Link blush. Which would also require, I think, for him to find the other sexually attractive.

Wheather this is selfcest is something we cannot deduce for a simple reason.

In some of the games/manga (there's actually both) they're the two pieces of one individual, while in others Dark Link is a "shadow copy" created by Ganondorf, and thus, a entirly seperat individual.

Anyhow: If it's just as likely to be selfcest as not being selfcest, should the tag really be there?
