Use this tag for thick or long eyelashes that are evidently from wearing mascara, i.e. a mascara_wand is visible, or the character is wearing other makeup or applying_makeup. If the character has defined eyelashes but it's not from wearing makeup, just use eyelashes. Not be confused with eyeliner, which is a dark line applied along the edge of the eyelids, or eyeshadow, which is a colorful powder applied around the eyes.
