For those who dont know, a guillotine consists of a large heavy blade suspended between two upright posts, with a pillory-like restraint near the bottom where the subject's neck is placed. This tag should be applied whenever a guillotine is present in an image. If someone is restrained in the guillotine, the execution tag should also be applied. Since the guillotine's primary restraining device is similar to a pillory, the pillory tag can also apply.
