He is one of the four Last Galerians along with Ash_(Galerians), Nitro_(Galerians), and Spider_(Galerians), who were created after Dorothy's destruction. His abilities are electrokinesis/fulgurkinesis, high agility, and skill with knives. He is an insane, evil character that likes killing and enjoys the sight of blood. Parano can remove the eyes of his victims and reanimate them as his servants by installing mechanical implants in their eye sockets. He is paranoid of his leader Ash and also dislikes fighting alone, always using his robots to attack main protagonist Rion_Steiner first before appearing.
