She was designed by Shibafu_(glock23) and is voiced by Iguchi Yuka [2]. She has long hair, brown_hair in a side_ponytail and brown_eyes. She wears a muneate over white and blue Japanese_clothes whose sleeves are held back with a blue tasuki and wields a bow_(weapon). Her personality is constantly serious and stoic; even in her sinking and damaged lines, her voice shows little to no emotion. In fan works, however she is sometimes portrayed as not that different from Akagi_(Kantai_Collection), especially when it comes to food. Naturally, she is often paired with Akagi, either as a lover or a platonic life partner, as they formed the 1st Carrier Division. She is also often depicted at odds with the 5th Carrier Division, especially Zuikaku_(Kantai_Collection). This is due to the actual aircraft carrier Zuikaku initially having poorly trained pilots and crew as compared to those from Kaga.
