Now Viewing: luo_tianyiTag type: Character The first Chinese Vocaloid. She is the grand prize winning entry of the Vocaloid China project. Her original design was done by MOTH and was modified by Ideolo. She is developed by Shanghai He Nian and is intended to be able to sing in both Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. She was also promoted with a series of anime PVs. Although the characters are shown speaking in the PVs, there is no voice acting and the story is told through visuals and music only. The other winning entries of the Vocaloid China Project are also shown in the PVs, but it is still unclear if they will become official Vocaloids. The PVs portray Luo as a humanoid alien who arrives on Earth as a Vocaloid. Her voice samples are provided by the bilingual Shan Xin.
