The title can be translated as Dark Knight Ingrid or Hell Knight Ingrid. Ingrid, a supporting character in the original game, becomes the protagonist of the story although original heroine Yatsu Murasaki still plays a large role. It is directed by Kaidou Tsukasa and written by Takeuchi Hikaru. On November 23, 2018, an updated rerelease of the OVA was released that reanimates some scenes and adds new footage. Ingrid is a demon hunter who is pursuing the scientist and traitor to her group, Kiryuu Sabato. She manages to catch up to Sabato in a church and confronts him, only to fall into a trap sprung by Sabato. She is subdued and completely at Sabato's mercy and fellow demon hunter Yatsu Murasaki soon suffers the same fate. Sabato proceeds to humiliate the two women, turning them into sex slaves. Ingrid's disappearance is quickly discovered by her compatriots who roam the city searching for her. As the two of them are subjected to various sexual humiliations, Ingrid and Murasaki desperately try to hold out long enough so that their compatriots can rescue them with their sanity intact.
