The franchise is set in a near future Japan which has become plagued with orcs, monsters, and vampires, which terrorize the human populace. To combat them, anti-demon ninja squads, known as Taimanin, are formed. Each installment revolves around the female members of these groups and their attempts to battle these supernatural forces while enduring the various sexual punishments the villains inflict on them. The games have multiple endings, but only one of them is considered to be the canon ending.
