While wearing her marching band uniform she often holds either a marching_band_baton or a conductor_wand. She is one of Kiryuuin_Satsuki's Elite 4. Unlike the other members of the Elite 4, she has known Satsuki since childhood and was the first to join Satsuki in fulfilling her ambitions. Nonon is very proud of her closer relationship and likes to boast about it towards others. She speaks in a playful and cute voice but is contemptuous of others; she spends much of her time making fun of everyone she meets except Satsuki, whom she greatly admires. She is especially fond of giving others nicknames. Despite her willingness to mock others, she is not as good at enduring insults and gets angry quite easily. When she is especially enraged, she drops her cute way of speaking and her voice becomes much harsher. Despite her egotism, she does care about her comrades and is still helpful during crises. She is the leader of Honnouji Academy's (Honnouji_gakuen) culture clubs and is the conductor of a marching_band. Her powers are music- based. When she transforms, her uniform turns into a flying tank; she pilots the vehicle from the middle. Her tank shoots sound waves so powerful that they can destroy buildings. Her tank is also capable of turning into a jet giving her the ability to fight both on the ground and in the air. She can still fight without her tank and has a sound cannon built into her tall hat. When she attacks, various pieces of European classical music play. While Nonon dresses conservatively most of the time, she adopts the very revealing Nudist_Beach_uniform after Satsuki's plan to assassinate Kiryuuin_Ragyou backfired spectacularly and forces the Elite Four to retreat and collaborate with Nudist Beach in order to survive. Her Nudist Beach uniform consists of a holster covering her breasts, a utility_belt as her undergarment, thighhighs, and a black hat (black_headwear). Due to her Goku uniform breaking down due to overuse and lack of maintenance, she adopts a new close-quarters fighting style and uses two knives which were created from the remains of Satsuki's sword Bakuzan. Her theme song is the second half of goriLLA蛇L, composed by Sawano_Hiroyuki. She is voiced by Shintani_Mayumi.
