It's near impossible to track down an exact web source for art book/product scans.

This illustration was used as a canvas print that was a preorder bonus for the Change artbooks, for those whose order totalled over 20,000 yen (including the new book(s)). Found the details here: blendream.jugem.jp/?eid=215#gsc.tab=0

Since it mentions these being "the last bloomers of the Heisei Era" it was probably released early 2019.
