The boobs are off. Sakura's are not that small (unless this were to be of pre-timeskip Sakura, and then the proportions would be off).

Anyway, everything else (especially the swimsuit) is great. :)

I think I know what Anons 1 and 3 are talking about. This is just my opinion, but her eyes are a little bigger in the anime, her eyebrows are a bit longer, and her nose and mouth are too rounded here. Otherwise, SPOT ON!! Tasteful, and exciting, at the same time!

Just fyi to all the commentors, this is an edit of the artbook (so it's Masashi Kishimoto's actual manga drawing traced over and re-colored + different bathing suit). Any differences will be because of that- her boobs/eyes/whatever is how Kishimoto draws her in this pic (therefore, her canon sizes).
