Okay but the fact that he ONLY has his scarf on means he /put it back on/ considering he'd have to take off his scarf first to remove his other clothes. So he took his clothes off AND THEN PUT HIS SCARF BACK ON THAT IS FUCKING HILARIOUS
Considering his high opinion of himself, having it on probably turns him on more, what with it being a Kuchiki heirloom and all. He probably turns himself on, in fact, he's probably thinking about how awesome he is and successfully getting off on it. What a cutie.
