@CountPacula Might be assuming too much here...but did you just animate a picture, likely without permission from the creator, then say someone stole it from you even though they haven't claimed it as their own work but only posted it on an image sharing site? A site likely similar to where you got the original image in the first place?

uhh guys,do u know how is it possible to even view such a file?except for firefox that is,i keep on downloading programs that say they view png files,but they dont,it just shows as an image,doesnt move,is there something i should do in the settings or is the program fraud?because i tried around 4 already.

@CountPacula - what exactly do you mean by stealing? This image has been automatically reposted from Danbooru where you originally posted it. Gelbooru has permission from Danbooru to use script to grab all new posts from there. If you're unhappy because your credit is not given this way, you can just mention it in comments.
