"Night" doesn't mean anything in Front of the Servants ;)

They are only able to fight at Night in the first Place - and both Archer and Saber can shoot out Attacks of nearly infinite Strength...

So the Tsukihime-Team will still have a very hard Time with them. ;3

Canonically Arcueid would beat seven shades of hell out of Saber.

So in that case Shiki's only job is to stay alive until Arcueid comes in for the assist.

Shiki also has the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, so he only needs to get close to Archer to win. Of course, that's easier said than done, but still.
