So, this begs the question, does this count as incest, or as selfcest? They kind of regard each other as sisters, as I understand, but they are in fact the same person, Lilith being a segment of Morrigan's soul which gained independent sentience.

Well, technically Lilith is an artificial magic clone of Morrigan. Well identical twins are just natures, well um, natural clones. But they can still develop different personalities and even if they don't they still experience and live their own different individual lives. We still count them as their own individual person even if they are nearly identical genetically.
So to answer your question chopblock, this would count as incest. Yes Lilith is a part of Morrigan and eventually returns to her as she can't sustain her own body forever and would die but in that short time she had her own body she developed similar but different personality and experienced a different life. You could also count it as self-sect if you want since she is now a part of Morrigan again but it is like Yu-Gi and the pharaoh's spirit in Yu-Gi-Oh, two distinct people sharing the same body. So it could be seen as both.
