This is from "Lord of the Clans". Thrall is asking about something that happened when he was younger: An Orc had been brought into the keep for some reason, and when he saw Thrall, the Orc broke from his bonds and rushed at him saying those words in Orcish.

Thrall finds out that the Orc was basically saying: "Get out of here, I'll hold them off!" Thinking that Thrall was a captive as well.

Anon1 is right. The words, however, were: "Run! I will protect you!"
