Augh, I was *this* close to translating it completely...

Anyhow, the word giving me trouble is in the second-to-last box. The only way I could translate it was that Wriggle was shortening ふつう ("normal") to フツッ in order to speak quickly (the end result is フツッカモノですが…). It certainly (somewhat) makes sense in context, but I'd like someone with more experience translating to back me up on this.
