My guess would be that in some/a lot of cases, it's kinda ambiguous... and in either event, it would appeal to MOST of the pregnancy crowd and MOST of the inflation crowd. Not all, of course are there are some "purists" who'd say "she's not pregnant"... but those are likely in the minority.
