Going with the previous anonymous, essentially, a fair amount of men when they have unleashed a decent enough of a load, they will go limp afterwards for a temporary time. This is a fairly normal "issue" and not typically a sign of any form of STI being there.

This is more why being premature is kind of a weird issue as typically it means "just continue on with foreplay until it is hard again".
