If that can reassure you, technically rapidash can control the temperature of their flames so people can ride them, so it's unlikely to happen here as well!

@Yalara90 from this artist, it's not the first time there are condoms for horses. Id: 5770366, 4968032 & 5723427 also feature them and two of those pictures suggest that they are for "research purposes".
