Well off the top of my head, Casino, Naturalton, and Damao Yu are undeniably good at drawing feet.

Naturalton is probably the absolute best in my books, Damao_yu and Casinoep tie for second probably, theres probably a few others that are just as good but i cant think of their names off the top of my head, and then theres several that are also really great, but due to the art style not everyone enjoys it as much, art styles that are, a bit more striking or lacking in a certain amount of realism, but are undeniably feet all the same, drawn with a decent amount of skill, kinda like Yuzu Gin.

Naturalton is really good, but they haven't been really putting out a lot of newer stuff. Damao Yu is definitely good, but sometimes I think the rounder shapes aren't as good as some of the more structured and better shaded art of Casino so personally I would rate Casino higher.

I think some other artists that are really good are kairunoburogu, rkrk12 and if you're into 3D I think necdaz91 is really the only one doing anything most of it being really good especially their more recent stuff.
