Here's what little I can read of all the text in the bubbles;

The first two characters of the far-right three in the second panel are "A" and "Ma"; Most likely Issun's saying "Amako" or "Ammako", since that's the Japanese equivalent of Ammy, I recall.

In the last panel, Issun's just laughing; The first character's "Pu", the second is a small Tsu(small meaning it takes on the pronunciation of the first Consonant in after it) and the rest are "Ha"(so the small Tsu becomes H for an extended H sound).

On Waka's head, it looks like the characters are "He", small Tsu, Ta and I; It ALMOST spells Hentai(of course, Pervert), but it more spells "Hettai"... Which I don't know what it means.

Lastly, Waka's saying "Go-Mu-Ma-Ri-Ku~~~~~~~N"... I don't know who "Gomumari" is or what it means. I guess he refers to Issun as that in the Japanese version?

That IS "Hentai" on Waka's head, that character being a "N" rather than a small "Tsu"
