If Sauron wanted to utilise both his elven form and his dark form. I love this image. Overlords and villains of great power in fiction look best whenvthey are both distractingly sexy as well as horrifyingly intimidating.

Sauron had no Elvin form, He was of the Maiar, an angelic race serving Eru, basically God, same as the wizards of Middle Earth.
He predates Elves as well creation itself.

True but he was known to be able to mask his true form by guising himself as other races. His preferred disguise was that of a elven male.

Wish there was more depth to his character fleshed out in the books and movies. He would make for a very charismatic villain. In fact they should make a anime version. And I am not at all going to reference the cartoon movie.

If they ever do more movies hopefully they explore Morgoth and the stuff going on there but knowing todays version of entertainment they would probably turn it into a shitty Netflix series.

I do find characters like him and Morogoth, widely perceived as "evil" to be some of the most interesting.
