Aqua just never wore panties of any kind. One of my gripes about the konosuba hentai is that for so long very little of it ever displayed aqua's up-skirt ass as well as the anime itself did.

funnily enough, people keep thinking that the aqua in a web comic, which is the one that said she makes her panties invisible, is canon. the manga has a scene where a group of girls got upkirted, minus darkness, and you see aqua does have panties on. the anime has no evidence to to if she wears anything since there isnt a straight shot. what is canon?
