i always found it odd that there is certain guro that i just can't look at. for example, lacerations, bruises, and the like are okay for me, but eye gauging absolutely saddens me. does anybody else have similar issues?

Yeah. Extreme injuries to the head bother me. Achieles tendon injuries of any kind shock me. I cover my mouth for a moment and then I cross my legs for a while to protect my achieles tendons.
