Well, if it's a public restroom (and that bracket at the top of the pic is telling me it is), she wasn't expecting an actual lid on the toilet, let alone a closed lid. So, when she sat on the toilet and peed... well, what you see is what happened.

(Ugh, look at me trying to explain THIS situation. Good god, I'm pathetic...)
