Because although you might not like how she looks, there are plenty that like her face. She’s got a thick, meat body that most find sexy usually dressed in tight and revealing clothes for deliberate sex appeal. Also the creator actually uses her to help push and promote his work. I mean it’s okay if you’re not into the same but let’s not feign ignorance to the obvious.
