One of the funniest villains anime has to offer is in this series, the comedy really picks up near the end of season 1 and carries it throughout season 2. Think pervy, douche team rocket armed with all of Lala's inventions from To Loveru only he gets laid. The sexy Mahjong is one of my favorite episodes right next to the episode where he has to win a date with the new girl in gaming competition.
