yeah. thats Boltmon. and Angewomon has its axe. and this feels more like a reference to Animal Crossing than Harvest Moon. then again i never played the Harvest Moon games so i may be wrong.

It's a reference to the fountains in some games where you toss in an item (Traditionally an Axe) and the Fairy asks if you tossed in a golden or silver axe, or whatever you tossed in. If you say silver or gold, that's what you get, but if you say regular, you get a special reward for telling the truth. Boltmon, however, found the wrong fountain apparently.
