"orz" is a good one, yes. It's a japanese emoticon/meme of someone falling to their hands and knees in defeat or disappointment, usually used comedically. It's like an overly dramatic version of someone hanging their head in shame after saying something stupid or doing something that didn't go as planned.

"Dogeza" is the term for the sort of bowing pose in this image. It's a traditional pose of severe apology or extreme submission - aka. prostration - where someone is kneeling and extends their torso forward and toward the ground, either with their shoulders stretched outward and their elbows bent or their elbows straight and arms stretched straight forward, and with their palms touching the ground. This leaves their ass raised and their belly and face touching or near the ground, and their arms cradling their head or pointed forward.

"Dogeza" is extremely similar to "kowtow". They're practically the same thing, though dogeza is the Japanese term and kowtow is the Chinese term. In English, they're used pretty much interchangeably, alongside prostration.
