He’s just casually standing on floating debris even though his training didn’t really focus on balance or anything. Yeah, okay.

It's probably not his training that made him strong, and he's shown incredible battle-prowess other than just pure strength, he's just big boi powerful.

I've been watching a couple of theories as to why he's so strong.

SPOILERS
Like in the manga, it is stated that he broke his limiter, this means that his body, mind, and soul told him that he has no limit to his success. Take it this way, We've seen Goku do immense training, but We've also seen him collapse a couple of times thereby reaching his limit of doing training. Saitama fought monsters during his training routines and keep on getting slattered while in the fatigued of his recent workouts. He pushed himself so hard, thinking to himself that his body can handle anything. He believes that a fatal stab wound is nothing. He believes that having every broken bone in his body won't slow him down at all. He ignored his struggles so much that his body, mind, and soul accepted that he has no limit of muscle fatigue and injuries. This allows Saitama to get a massive power while fighting tough monsters because he doesn't have anything to wear him down, not even pain.
