I know the first option is "Yes?" but I can't get a handle on what the second one's supposed to be.

Also, any discrepancies between the literal Japanese text and the presented English translation are due to the fact that I realized most of the way through the first line that this is based on a scene from the game, so I just played up to that part in the fan translation and copied their version of the line.

"Osou" which means "to attack" or "to make an assault", in this context it would probably mean "start raping her".
