Genderswap is different to transsexual. Particularly in this case where it is not a male character coming back as female but in the law of the series they were female to begin with.

Nero and Arturia are neither genderswapped, nor transsexual. You could argue the former in regards to their actual historical counterparts, but within the storyline of their respective series, they were female to begin with and so haven't changed.
