Something about this screams a dude, maybe because of the proportions. I'm thinking too much about a character from a mobile game I dont play but I'm really confused.

Looking at the tags on pixiv this is supposed to be Juliet(from romeo and juliet)so that kinda goes against the current train of thought.

I'd stick my dick in it either way but goddamn do I want closure.

Pixiv tags include "femboy" (otokonoko) and "[male] crossdresser" (josoudanshi), so it's a genderswapped Juliet.
