One girl with dark skin and short hair, another with long red hair over light skin. Either the artist or who commissioned this, has good taste!
@rusty: nice spotting. Maybe they are all OCs in a shared universe and it's the nice house (the other pic shows a good view from the windows) of one of them. Or maybe the artist just loves large, comfy beds like this.

#2254477 That's the thing. He used one location of no particular significance twice for original characters. Either he setup and made a design for that location for OCs, or it's his home, or it's someone else's home or some other place in real life whatever it is.
That place must have some personal importance to him, to have a special place in his memory for pornographic art inspiration. Making me wonder what kind of place that is if it's not his home and real, and what goes on there. If this place is fictional, designing a location to be used at least twice in different angles is quite a preparation, for images with OCs on. Making me wonder what his motives were, and how common that is for artists. Others who reuse locations draw a wider perspective. This artist limited it pretty much to the bed only in this picture.
Is there a background, is there a theme? Is this part of an artbook? This bed raises quite a few questions. Maybe I'm just too observant. Probably just his home.
