She's asian and thus short. It's about half her upper body, she's apparently not the oldest sibling in the house so she's not an adult and probably not full grown, and her legs are probably the longest part of her height. That's why it looks too big to be 34cm, but actually that's just because she is hardly 150cm tall herself.
