This was originally 3 separate images that i (poorly) put together, i think it's more of a chroma key test then porn. Here's a ruff translation of the description.

This image is a result of a survey the artist uploaded to his Fantia account. He asked his subscribers whether they'd like the next update to be a girl voluntarily exposing herself, or if they wanted to see the usual forced exposure stuff. Voluntary exposure got more votes, which is why he drew this.

It's not intended to be just a test. There's more images behind the paywall, where the green-screen parts are actually visible and with a little added dialogue.

Still seems pretty shitty to hide artwork behind a paywall (especially one that's more difficult for people outside of Japan to access), but the tongue-in-cheek nature of this censorship is kinda amusing
