On and off, I've had the idea for a fanfic where -- instead of returning her to Britannia -- VV keeps her as a slave of the Geass Order, where he uses his Code powers to restore Nunnally's eyesight and legs. He also gives her amnesia, however, and she can just barely recall images from before she lost her sight. As such, Nunna assumes that Lelouch is a kid brother that she has somewhere out in the world.
