The gist of it is she has to file through the striped section with an abrasive patch on her crotch in order to get her hands free of the pillar and get to the key. The timer is set for 5 hours, past which the key to all the stuff she's wearing becomes inaccessible and the 100 mL of semen inside the vibrator gets released inside her.
