Alright, to set the scene a bit. There's a race of underground people who desperately need to bring up their numbers, so they plan to kidnap a large number of women for a rape camp they are making. The first three women they kidnap are the waitresses at an Anna Miller's restaurant. However, one of the women is also a competition-class martial artist who manages to knock out their guard and the three women make a break for it.

Unfortunately this one was captured again, so when the other two find the way to the exit it's just in time to watch the leader of the underground people, named Seed, finish his rape of their friend. There's a fight between the martial artist and Seed, and Seed loses- promising to give up his plan for the rape camp if she just leaves.

This lady however tells the other women that she can't really be mad at Seed for her rape since his motive was the survival of his species, and she tells then she plans to stay underground and be the mother of Seed's children. Which doesn't make any since until you discover through more playthroughs that Seed's semen enslaves any woman he cums inside and she's being mind controlled without the knowledge of the others. And this is considered the "Good" ending.

well yeah but another similar senario the "best" senario, none of the girls are raped, but she still willingly stays with Seed and has his child. That allows a sequel as she becomes queen of the underground and a MILF.
