on Chrome Mobile, most of those 1 second or such webms don't play at all. That's the case now for me in fact. Shows 1s duration and won't play at all.

Before you suggest, no, I'm not getting a different browser just for a webm that does't play. Not that Chrome mobile ain't trash too tho...

Godamn, is there no way to watch these without getting a proper system? Only got my phone, and the only working computer I have for now is garbage that cane barely run the browser.
