hibike!! euphonium must have either got a second season or lolitachannel liked it enough to make a 2nd set , there is also a chance that they were scrambling to find anime to make more sets , but not as many new shows got their attention , so they made another set for a older anime.
touhou , kantai collection, smile precure and happiness charge precure are some series that got more than one set made for tgem in previous years
