The site this pic came from intrigues me--it has pre-separated heads and bodies you can match together to make pictures. The problem is that without going back and manually redrawing it you wind up with pictures like this where the body is sharp but the head is blurry, the head is too big or too small for the body, or the face's skin color doesn't match with the body's. If you want to make the shop look at least semi-believable you still need to at least vector trace it. Still, it seems useful for mocking pictures up and getting a rough idea of how they'd look.
