I swear, Pikachu should be able to destroy most, IF NOT ALL, of these low level Pokemon. Litten shouldn't even be a challenge, let alone being able to use Bite to counter Iron Tail.

Also it's just weird to see the Alolan Exeggutor drinking.

Uh, Anon 1, that was Fire Fang, not Bite. Litten can't learn Bite, but it can learn Fire Fang, and it's mouth clearly had fire in it. Plus Fire beast Steel, so Fire Fang can trump an Iron Tail due to elemental nature. And while, yes, I agree that Pika should be able to curbstomp pretty much everything at this point, don't forget he regularly gets hit by the reset button in virtually every new series, so any previous "power" he had disappears each and every series. Just so it can be a "fair" fight to other Pokemon.

What if Pikachu is actually an abnormal Pokemon where his HP, DEF and Sp.DEF stays at lv1 value? An extreme glasscannon basically.

Kinda explain why he can both easily defeat and be defeated.

Or it's just because having Pikachu one shot every non-gym leader for the entire first half of every region would get old fast and there's no way they'd have him not do anything.
