C.C. a virgin? I suppose it's possible, but living as long as she has, I think that it's unlikely.
Not to mention her growing up with the power to make people love her gave her plenty of chances to experiment.

Dark, I see two possibilities. Either this was during the time she got Geass, or the Code restored every part of her body inside and out (Might be more or less enjoyable to bang a "repeat virgin" again).
