Hmm. I don’t think that’s the case. Granted I haven’t beaten the game yet, I still need to beat the last divine beast in Elind and get the last memory of the Goron Champion (Can’t remember his name sadly.) and take down Ganon. So, I don’t know the ending. But those don’t sound like Zelda’s Mo.

If Link said a single word, the internet would have nuked itself. The gamming world have gone nuts. So, I don’t think he said that. Maybe wrote it in some dairy, but I haven’t seen anything like that so far.
Nintendo tends to mostly imply loving relationships in the Zelda series. Honestly, the only games where you could even win an argument that Link and Zelda might be lovers, and have a lot of people agree with you, is Skyward sowrd. And you can argue the same in any game, but there just as much evidence of Link and Zelda in love as there is for Saria, Malon, Midna, Ruto, or anyone.

If anything, the story seems to push Mipha and Link as lovers. For the sake of spoilers, I won’t say, but get all the memories, and talk to people in Zora’s domain and you’ll see what I mean. Now does that mean that Link and Zelda aren’t in love in this game? F*&k no. Like I said you can easily argue that in any game, it’s what I love about the Zelda games. You can make up your own ideas and your story with your imagination. Either way, I don’t think Zelda and Link are due to be wed to each other.

Actually, Zelda do like Link, or I could even say that she loves him. Kass confirms that in one of his songs, BUT, we can't tell if Link likes her too, or any other character, zelda wrote in her diary, that link hide his true fellings and he doesn't talk to much too, so we can't know what really goes trough his mind. (I apologize if there's any mistake, english is not my mother language)
