I've never watched Gate, so I don't know if this elf-girl's father is in it or not. She is saying "Otousan," which obviously means "dad" but she may have some male character she addresses thusly to whom she is not related. That's why I didn't add an incest tag.

No, it's not incest. She calls the protagonist that because originally she was mentally ill to see her own father in him, but after she was "fixed" she decided to keep calling him that.

Of course, she's like five times his age.
