My inner nitpicker wants to point out that this shouldn't have the "original" tag, since the character drawn does appear in the show (it's the waitress from the most recent episode).

With as fast as Iesupa puts out these picturea, I think he or she is either a member of Rooster Teeth or is given the episodes in advance.

@Ninja: He/She has been hired on as a concept artist for RWBY Chibi, but this speed has always been a trademark of theirs. Getting pictures done seemingly mere moments after an episode airs is sorta what got them noticed by RoosterTeeth in the first place.
