Pretty sure the issue wasn't that she would go to prison for masturbating. He was clearly threatening to leak her photos online, not give them to the authorities.
As for biting, if she did that then she may as well have just refused to go down to begin with.
Also she's not very strong, it's not like she had a guaranteed chance to overpower him and take his phone, especially not if he was ready to hit "upload" somewhere the moment she stopped cooperating. Sure, he might upload those pictures afterwards but that's a coin flip vs a guarantee.
