First one says normal, then futanari, then otokonoko, then crossplay (loose translation). The reason the last one is taller is because only the last two are actually guys and the second to last one is a man that looks like a woman so he is drawn to be shorter.

I tried adding the translation boxes based on Anon #2004343's post, but I can't get the final box to stick in place. This is my first time adding translation boxes, and I'm obviously doing something slightly wrong here....
